Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Once payment is made by booking a service or session, payments and fees are 100% non-refundable, but can be applied to a service or session at a later date if you need to reschedule, provided notice is given more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service or session.

No Show:

Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule a service or session (24 hours prior to session) and do not attend a session or scheduled service will not receive a reschedule option. No shows are non-refundable.

WOMEN’S EMBODIMENT COACHING CONSENT FORM

By scheduling and paying for a Women’s Embodiment Coaching session or service with Randi Liv Raymond at The Renaissance Redhead LLC, you agree to the following:

I agree that I will be engaging in the coaching and communication that may include various Techniques, Somatic Awareness, and/or Breathwork; I understand that I will have all choices at all times and can start and end the process at any time, even during my session. The techniques I am agreeing to are held out as non-therapeutic, defined as the learning of these techniques to induce positive thinking, self-awareness, create commitment to change and to learn the techniques to produce self-control over physical experiences. The above techniques has not been represented as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and The Renaissance Redhead LLC/Randi Liv Raymond makes no health benefits claims to my services.

I agree to respectful communication at all times, and understand that my service/session may be ended at any time without refund should my communication be harmful or abusive towards The Renaissance Redhead LLC/Randi Liv Raymond.

I agree to continue any medication I take as prescribed by my attending physician(s) and understand that the above mentioned techniques are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that a practitioner of the above mentioned modalities neither diagnoses nor treats any medical or mental health conditions; and instead offers tools of self-discovery and awareness to compliment any medical treatment prescribed by a physician. If any medical symptoms progress or become acute I agree to seek medical attention from a licensed healthcare provider. In the event of a medical emergency or if I feel suicidal, I will call 911 or other emergency help. I understand that the methods and techniques mentioned above include relaxation, breathwork, creative visualization, positive affirmations, self-awareness development and other techniques and may produce physical and emotional responses. I agree to inform my coach of any adverse feelings or experiences related to this process, at the time of my awareness to them. I have been informed as to the limits of Law of Assumption Techniques, Breathwork, and any other techniques used in session. I am over the age of 19, and consent to Law of Assumption Techniques, Somatic Awareness, and Breathwork offered by Randi Liv Raymond at The Renaissance Redhead LLC.

Any suggestions or advice to clients are made under the claim of guidance, mentoring, and spiritual training.

Call recordings:

Video call sessions may be recorded for The Renaissance Redhead LLC only and will not be shared with anyone other than you under any circumstances. By attending a session you agree and consent to the call being recorded. Your call will be kept confidential however your call may be shared only to be used as proof that the services were provided should any dispute arise initialed by you. Your call will be kept confidential unless it is needed to resolve a dispute or complaint. The call can be offered as a phone call instead, which is not recorded. If you have any concerns about the call recording please email randi@therenaissanceredhead.com

Sessions:

Sessions must be used in full and can not be split into 2 or more sessions. If you book a 90 minute long session or 30 min session the session must be used in full within the time it is scheduled. If it is not used in full or you are late for the session any used portion of the session will be forfeited.

Confidentiality:

All your personal information including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address and all issues and subjects brought up and talked about during sessions will be kept confidential. Unless the following applies:

You express thoughts of suicide.

Express engaging in any illegal activity that will cause harm to either yourself or another person. Express that you are in a domestic violence situation. Express that a child is being abused in any way.

In those cases, Randi Liv Raymond at the Renaissance Redhead LLC will contact the appropriate authorities in your area and provide any information that is required by the local authorities.

I understand that I am automatically consenting to the above by scheduling, attending and (or) paying for a Women’s Embodiment Coaching service and/or session(s) with Randi Liv Raymond at The Renaissance Redhead LLC.

Name and email only are collected when you sign up for our newsletter; you may unsubscribe at any time. We collect your phone number when you purchase any digital product, service, or coaching; your payment information other than phone number and billing address is never kept or stored, unless you have signed up for a membership or any recurring service.

How do we use your personal information?:

We use the order information we collect to fulfill any orders placed or coaching sessions booked. and to communicate with you.

Your information is never shared or sold.

The Renaissance Redhead LLC/Randi Liv Raymond practices all reasonable safety and security practices to keep all personal information safe and confidential, however, if you are communicating with us online using methods such as email, Google, contact forms, or social media, The Renaissance Redhead/Randi Liv Raymond does not have full control over the handling of your information.

You agree by using these forms of communication you accept that there is a risk of disclosure or loss of your information for which The Renaissance Redhead LLC/Randi Liv Raymond cannot be held responsible.
